Postage information

Please allow one week after date of purchase for items to be in the post. Much of my collection is made to order to help minimize waste and be kinder on the planet.

A few considerations regarding postage:

  • A4 and A3 sizes are posted together flat with a cardboard backer.
  • A2 sizes are posted separately in mailing tubes.
  • Each print is packaged in an archival cello bag for extra protection.
  • Postage within Australia usually takes 6-9 business days, and 2 weeks (or more) for other locations. If requiring faster delivery please let me know, hopefully we can work something out together. Note there may be additional costs.
  • Postage outside of Australia may take 2 weeks or more to arrive.
  • If sending as a gift, and not wishing for a receipt to be included please let me know. Happy to forward the receipt as an email for your records.
  • Please be sure to double check your address details when ordering. I’d hate for your parcel to be sent elsewhere.

Print handling tips

To care for your print it's recommended:

  • prints are framed under glass for their longevity and protection
  • prints avoid being positioned in direct sunlight
  • the print is handled as little as possible, and when doing so ensure hands are washed or gloved.
  • avoid touching pigmented areas of the print as this may create marks
  • if unframed be careful to store prints so they wont bend. Pay close attention to the print's corners.
  • avoid storing prints rolled for long periods of time. If receiving a print from a mailing tube flatten as soon as possible.
To flatten a print received rolled in a mailing tube:
  • Place a sheet of clean paper (larger than the print) onto a clean flat table.
  • Unroll the print artwork-side-down over of the paper. Recommend keeping the print in it's protective cellophane wrap during this process.
  • Evenly distribute heavy books over the back of the print.
  • Leave for 24 hours.
  • Do not try to roll the paper in the opposite direction to flatten. This may disrupt the pigments and cause creasing.
